Sharen's career in real estate spans 18 successful and rewarding years. Her achievements in sales have been recognized with many awards. In 2006 she achieved the Royal LePage Diamond Award, representing the top 3% in the industry as well as the Victoria Real Estate Gold Award representing the top 10 %.
Her previous career in law as a Legal Assistant, prior to entering the real estate industry, has given her considerable expertise and knowledge in all aspects of the industry.
Sharen is presently the Victoria representative of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which is committed to raising funds for women's Shelters in Canada. She is also a Director of the Victoria Real Estate Board.
Larry's career in real estate began
in 1982 and was recognized with MLS® and Company awards
in his 10 year real estate career. In 1992 Larry left the industry
for the 'art world' and became a recognized and successful clay
artist owning his own gallery and teaching studio in Victoria's
China Town.
Prior to entering the real estate industry Larry's business and marketing background gave him the opportunity to work for National Canadian Companies as a Manager in sales and marketing. He has also owned his own businesses.
Larry is an active parent with Beacon Hill Little League as a club executive and girls softball coach. Larry has also been involved as a chairperson for fundraising events with Glenlyon Norfolk School.
In addition to being business partners Larry and Sharen are
also life partners. They are celebrating 17 years of 'challenged
bliss'. They have 2 daughters: Elissa and Tara, Granddaughter
Tabitha, plus Max the cat and Daisy the granddog. Sharen and
Larry have the same goals for the future and the same belief
in and commitment to the methods it takes to achieve those goals.
